Our programs are coordinated by highly trained, licensed home care providers whose focus is providing professional and compassionate care to help you live at home safely and comfortably. Skilled Nurse/Registered Nurse

Our highly skilled and compassionate nurses are available to help you on a full-time, part-time or per-visit basis. They work closely with you, your physician, your family, and your caregivers to provide the personalized care you need to achieve your potential. This includes things such as medication management, pain management, chronic condition management, wound care, post-surgical care, and more. Skilled nurses will also help you maintain your health and prevent further illness or injury.

Physical Therapy

Our physical therapists develop plans according to physicians’ orders to help you regain mobility, reduce pain, restore function, and prevent disability. They’ll build a rapport with you and provide an exceptional level of customer service as they provide treatments and complete documentation.

Their work includes items such as:

  • Movement and Joint Motion Analysis
  • Developing Therapeutic Exercise Programs
  • Coordination and Balance Training
  • Mobility Assistance
  • Pain Management
  • Massage Therapy

Speech Therapy

Our speech therapists can help you develop language and speech skills and/or overcome feeding and swallowing difficulties, according to your physician’s orders. Speech therapists treat a range of physical and learning disabilities, including dysphagia, autism, cleft palates, cerebral palsy, traumatic brain injuries, hearing loss, auditory processing disorders, cognitive disorders, stroke impairments, neurological conditions such as Alzheimer’s disease and dementia, and more.

Occupational Therapy

Our occupational therapists provide services according to physicians’ orders to help you live at home as safely and comfortably as possible. They’ll guide and instruct you in therapeutic self-care such as the use of wheelchairs, braces, splints, and prosthetic and orthotic devices. They also help you and your family relearn new skills in your living and working environments to improve your function.

Medical Social Work

Our medical social workers assist you and your family cope with the personal, physical, and emotional effects of your disease or disability. They will also help you find and access financial resources and community assistance programs such as home meal deliveries.

Home Health Aide/Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA)

Our compassionate, trustworthy, and certified Home Health Aides are available to assist you with daily activities, including personal care and hygiene, mobility, medication management, feeding assistance, meal preparation and planning, and emotional and psychological support. They are trained in all areas of personal care needs, are CPR certified, and have met our strict requirements for employment, including background checks. They’ll work hand-in-hand with your medical team to ensure that your care plan is carried out correctly so you can have peace of mind

Pediatric Home
Care Services

Caring for children can be a full-time job. Our providers will give your family the support you need to thrive.

We provide holistic treatment for children with complex medical issues or developmental disabilities who otherwise may experience frequent and/or prolonged hospitalizations or who may enter long-term care.

Your child will benefit from an accessible and comprehensive written plan of care that represents a consensus among their medical team, the rest of your family, and other caregivers. Our pediatric providers will interact with your child via home visits and telehealth technologies to optimize care while minimizing interventions and family disruptions.

Pediatric Home Care Services are only available in our Tacoma, WA location.

At Wellspring Home Health, we help veterans and surviving spouses by providing personal care services designed to help you retain your quality of life and stay in your home. Our goal is to help all veterans live with honor and dignity.

Skilled services are available to veterans living a long way from their nearest VA facility, which includes things such as skilled nursing, physical therapy, speech therapy, wound care, and medication management. These services are available in conjunction with unskilled services, which are delivered through a contract with VA.
