Payment Options

There are multiple payment options you can use to help with the cost of home care services. Our team will help you identify any programs for which you may qualify and we’ll take care of any necessary paperwork for reimbursement. We provide services to Medicare, Medicaid, Tri-Care, VA/TriWest, Workers’ Compensation, private pay clients, and private insurance companies.

Medicare covers 100% for skilled services.

Skilled services require a referral from a physician for services such as nursing, physical therapy, speech therapy, or occupational therapy, to achieve specific clinical goals. Our team will work with you and your primary care physician to develop unique patient-centered goals.

Unskilled services include things such as personal care assistance, which can be referred by a physician or organized directly to ensure you’re able to live at home safely and comfortably.

You may be eligible for home care if you meet the following conditions:

• Your doctor decides you need medical care at home and makes plans for your home care.
• You have a medical condition that requires skilled nursing care, home health aides, physical therapy, speech therapy, continued occupational therapy, or other skilled services.
• You are homebound or normally unable to leave home unassisted without considerable effort.
